Description

Purpose

Maha mritunjay jaap or havan helps you to fight off the untimely or sudden death of a person. It is one of the greatest mantras for conquering death and having a healthy long life. This mantra is to offer prayers to the greatest Lord Shiva to protect us from all the evils and negativity in our lives. We seek Lord Shiva’s blessings for a healthy, prosperous and successful life.

Procedure

Maha Mrityunjaya Havan is a thousands-year-old spiritual practice that involves invoking Lord Shiva in the form of MAHA KAAL – the universe’s supreme and primordial power, which is thought to be capable of slowing down (or even stopping) the process of death and rejuvenating those who are battling death. The havan fire is lit for 24 hours, and the puja is performed for 4 Prahars, or every 6 hours. After performing the Shiva pooja, the maha mrityunjaya mantra is chanted 108 times.

Auspicious Muhurat

Panditji will suggest to you the auspicious subh muhurat for starting the Maha mritunjay havan after having a look at the grahas, nakshatra and the person’s kundli in whose name the havan is to be performed.
